This allows you to heat the grill tray without aluminium exactly to the heat a juicy steak needs. With the grill bowl without holes there is no flame formation and also sausages, halloumi and vegan burgers taste excellent from it. The Plancha plate for grill was developed by Römertopf in cooperation with the gourmet chef Johann Lafer.
